Develop and execute the overall sales growth plan within the assigned markets in line with the overall business strategy to achieve the company sales target, growth, and profitability.
● Over 20 years experience in Sales Management & Business Development in a highly competitive commercial environment in a Senior Sales management position.
● A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role in Plastics packaging company working in the African markets .
● Experience in handling markets in Plastic Packaging as follows:
○ Primary Packaging – Thin wall Containers (Printed or IML)
○ Industrial Packaging – Crates (Beverages, Breweries & Agriculture produce packaging Crates)
○ Tertiary Packaging – Stretch film
○ Most importantly returnable crates
